Tyron Tran is a Melbourne-based creative director, visual artist, designer and filmmaker who uses vibrant colours to create works inspired by dreams, emotional tensions and notions of identity. Through his creative art practice, Tyron draws upon his own Iived experience to explore feelings of isolation, suffering and pain, contrasted with experienced happiness, hope and positivity.

Tyron embraces a variety of cultures as inspiration for his art, design, photographic and film works, to reference and express his admiration and intrests in these historical artefacts, periods, processes and techniques.

As you explore his work, you will a wide range of heavily influenced pieces inspired by all types of art, design, fashion, film, music and sneaker culture.

Visual Arts Captain

Represented the Visual Arts Department at Marcellin College as Visual Arts Captain for 2019. Hosting the Visual Arts & Technology Exhibition 2018 and speaking at various assemblies. In this role,

I worked together with students, teachers and staff to promote Visual Arts to the college and community as well as work collaboratively to produce art

AGSV Centenary Logo Design

Winner of the AGSV Centenary Logo Design Competition which will 'become the proud symbol of [AGSV's] Centenary Celebrations in 2020 and it will be used in various materials and applications related to the celebrations throughout the Centenary Year.'

Exhibition 2020

From Heart + Mind is an exhibition of new works by eleven young, multidisciplinary artists exploring mental health, neuro-diversity, gender and identity. Drawing from personal experiences, the artists challenge ideas about trauma, isolation, stigma, inequality and sense of self. From Heart + Mind seeks to reach the emotional space within and strengthen human connection through feelings and thought. Unearthed Art Prize Exhibition 2020

Unearthed Art Prize 2020 is a commercial exhibition which featured 25 finalists. An exploration of Tyron's sense of identity and continues growth and development through life. The concepts of masks inspired the layering of paint, exploring the different aspects of a individual as though hidden and revealed behind a solid mask.
